Benexim – 500 Tablets

(Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet 500 mg)

1. A Second-generation cephalosporin with enhanced beta-lactamase stability
2. Displays excellent activity against staphylococcal strains, streptococcal strains (other than enterococci), N, gonorrhoeae, H. influenza and N. meningitidis
3. Also active against certain cephalothin, cefamandole and gentamicin-resistant bacteria.
4. Useful as step down therapy of cefuroxime sodium injectable therapy.
